The Grapefruit is a league that refers to the Major League Baseball teams that hold their spring training camps in two states. The teams getting ready in Florida play in the Grapefruit League. The rest play their games in Arizona, and that's the Cactus League. Spring Training is where rookies compete for roster spots and seasoned veterans prepare for the season ahead!
