Tournament Information

The Circle City Cup will be making its return to Grand Park in 2026!

This 3 or 4 (4th game is an optional exhibition game on Thursday, July 23rd) will begin with a coaches' meeting (July 23rd @ 6:00 PM) similar to NCAA March Madness Selection Sunday, where the weekend's single-elimination bracket will be randomly drawn and revealed to all teams! Bracket games will then start at 8:00 AM on Friday, July 24th. Losers of rounds 1 and 2 will play consolation game(s). Division champions will be crowned Sunday, July 26th in the evening. Winners will receive free entry to a 2027 Bullpen Tournament event!

Grand Park: 

With a total of 26 turf diamonds: 8 full synthetic turf fields with lights, 18 diamonds with full turf infields and grass outfields, 14 batting cages on-site, 4 concession stands, and covered dugouts and bleachers at every field. Teams can expect to play through rain and cold weather!

Championship Park:

8 Full Synthetic Turf Fields with Brand New LED Lights, 4 High School fields, 4 Junior Fields.  6 Batting cages on-site, 2 concession stands, covered dugouts with Bullpens attached at each field.

Coaches Meeting: July 23rd @ 6:00 PM, Virtually through Google Meet

Tournament Format: Single Elimination

Expected Number of Teams:  64 TEAMS

Expected Start Times: Thursday - July 24th @ 8am

Passes must be worn on wrist!

*The following parties are eligible for discounted passes:

• Ages 7-12 (ages 6 & under are FREE)
• Ages 65+
• Military/First Responders (valid ID needed)

**Gate fees are non refundable. Bullpen Tournaments will do everything we can to play all scheduled games.

The event is for the following ages:

ALL DIVISIONS - 60' mound, 90' bases

Gate Prices:

Weekend Pass: $30.00

Discount Weekend Pass: $25.00

Day Pass: $15.00

Discount Day Pass: $12.00

Each team will receive 3 complimentary coach bands. Any coach beyond the allotted three will be required to purchase their own day or tournament pass.

Hotels: 

*Teams traveling to Bullpen Tournaments will book their hotel through our housing partner, Site Search. Grand Park and Championship Park is a Stay-&-Play facility. Once you have registered, you will need to fill out a hotel request form.
