Gate Fee: Our $175 gate fee per team is allocated entirely to cover umpire costs, which range from $110 to $140 per game based on age group. For a typical guaranteed three-game schedule, this fee ensures quality officiating and fair play for all teams and families. We also ask for everyone’s continued positive support throughout the games. While we strive for excellence, we’re all human and occasionally make mistakes. Rain Out Policy: In the event of weather disruptions, updates will be sent via email. Field playability is determined by on-site field maintenance crews. TAC strives to maximize playtime for teams within these guidelines.

· 2 Games Played / Seeded: No refund, no credit; awards are given based on seeding

Baseballs: The Athletic Club provides two game balls per event. Umpires will manage ball rotation.
Metal Cleats: Metal cleats are not permitted on portable mounds.
