Event Description

The PBT Mid-Atlantic Summer Classic is set to take place in the greater Richmond area. THIS IS A 3 GAME GUARANTEE EVENT - 13u Age Division will be 60/90

ANTICIPATED ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Teams must be able to play Friday night. Playoff Games and Conso games will conclude Sunday night. 

SCHEDULE REQUESTS: Schedule requests must be submitted NO LESS than 14 days prior to the start of the event. We will try to accommodate requests but there is NO guarantee. ALL TEAMS MUST BE ABLE TO PLAY ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE EVENT

EVENT FORMAT: Pool Games Friday/Saturday - Conso & Championship Games Sunday 

NO METAL SPIKES - NO GUM - NO SEEDS - AT IRONBRIDGE OR THE ARK (VIOLATIONS COULD RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM COMPETITION)

PREP BASEBALL TOURNAMENTS WILL PROVIDE 6 BASEBALLS AT THE START OF EACH GAME. FOUL BALLS SHOULD BE RETURNED BY EACH TEAM ON THEIR RESPECTIVE SIDE.

CONSO GAMES: Tournament Directors reserve the right to amend the consolation game seeding/matchups based on pool play rematches, organizational protection, and travel time considerations for out of area teams.
