9:00 - 9:45 AM    Position Player Check-in

10:00 AM            Introduction & Stretch/Warm-up

                            Defensive workout by position

11:00 AM            Pitcher Check-in

12:00 PM            (Players who aren't Pitchers/Catchers break for lunch)

12:00 PM           Bullpens

1:30 - END        On-field batting practice

Sunday Schedule

10:00 AM    Game 1 - White Team vs. Black Team

1:00 PM    Game 2 - Grey Team vs. Blue Team
