Tournament Information

Play some spring baseball.   Join us for a 3-day, 3-game guarantee.  Get your season going! Scouted by John Sullivan Hitting (JSH).

As a scouted event, we will gather and share metrics for players, create video highlights of key plays for social media, and have special awards for player and team performances.

13u & 14u teams will play on a Scouted Field that will include blast motion metrics, pitch velos, video clips on social media, and a full team review and scouting report created for the Head Coach.  This report will be notes for the Coach that include feedback on team/player strengths and weaknesses.  

Dates: Friday, May 15 - May 17.  Games begin Friday @ 5:30pm.

Cost/Age Groups:  $325 (9u, 10u, 12u), $375 (13u, 14u)

Umpires:  Teams play at the plate.  One (1) umpire (9u, 10u,), each team pays $40 per game.  Two (2) umpires (12u, 13u, 14u+), each team pays $80 per game.

Location:  Warren County Sports Park, Armco Park, Blue Ash Sports Center.

Tournament Format:   Two (2) pool games, the teams seeded into brackets based upon pool performance.  Championship and Silver bracket created based upon the number of teams.

Awards:  Custom rings to all bracket winners and runner-up, at all levels.

We provide game balls.  

Stay to Play Event—preferred rates/scheduling for travel teams.  Local teams have no requirements.

 If the weather does not permit play, teams will get a full refund.
