Event Description

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:

• 3 Pool Games (with Championship/Consolation Games)

SUNDAY JUNE 22, 2025

15/16U -  Pool Play into Semi-Finals and Finals. Pool winners plus one Wild Card will advance to Playoffs. All other teams will play Consolation games.

17/18U -  Top two teams finish in Pool Play will Play Championship game. Other two teams will play consolation game.

POOL TIE BREAKERS: 

1. BEST RECORD
2. HEAD TO HEAD
3. RUN DIFFERENTIAL (+7 Run Cap)
4. RUNS ALLOWED
5. RUNS SCORED
6. BACK TO HEAD TO HEAD

POOL STANDINGS EXEMPTIONS:

We will have one pool game that will not count for one team in the standings due to the odd number of teams.

• Texas Oilers vs. FW Aces Cardenas will be exempt from standings this game. Result will only be held towards Texas Oilers..

• FIELDS WITH CONCESSION STANDS OPEN WILL NOT ALLOW OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK!

• ALL THE FIELDS THIS WEEKEND ARE TURF FIELDS or have TURF MOUNDS: NO METAL SPIKES & NO SEEDS

• DO NOT PARK ON ANY GRASS OR GRAVEL AT ANY FIELD!

• ANY ALTERCATIONS WITH ANY TOURNAMENT WORKERS OR FIELD WORKERS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY! COACHES ARE RESPONISBLE FOR THEIR PARENTS! WE WANT THE BEST PLAYING EXPERIENCE FOR THE KIDS!
