Event Description

Play on 8 turf fields at Plummer Family Park in Edwardsville, IL - Champions will be crowned at the end of the weekend!

• Dates: 5/1/2026 - 5/3/2026
• Game Guarantee: 3 Games
• Expected Start Times: Games could start as early as Friday afternoon at 5:00pm

GATE:

• Day Pass - $15 for Adults, $10 for Kids (12&Under)
• Weekend Pass - $30 for Adults, $20 for Kids (12&Under)

  • Gate fees are non refundable.  Prep Baseball Tournaments will do everything we can to play all scheduled games
• Parking is FREE!

DIVISIONS:

• D1 - This division is open to teams equivalent to Major or AAA
• D2 - This division is open to teams equivalent to AA or A 
• Open - Available to teams from all divisions/classifications
• **The Prep Baseball staff and tournament director have full control and the final determination on what division each team plays in based on team rankings and past tournament success. Teams may play up into a higher division but are prohibited from playing down.

FIELD DIMENSIONS:

• 9U & 10U - 46' mound, 65' bases
• 11U & 12U - 50' mound, 70' bases
• 13U - 54' mound, 80' bases 
• 14U - 18U - 60' mound, 90' bases

STAY TO PLAY: 

• All tournaments are Stay & Play.  Teams traveling to Edwardsville will book their hotel through our housing partner, Site Search.  Once you have registered, you will receive housing information.  You will also find the housing link available on each tournament site.

REFUND POLICY:

• If zero games are played, 75% of the entry fee will returned as credit to a future event.
• If 25% of your guaranteed games are played, 50% of the entry fee will returned as a credit to a future event.
• If 33% of your guaranteed games are played, 40% of the entry fee will be returned as a credit to a future event.
• If you played 2 or more of your scheduled games, that is considered a full tournament.
• Credits are valid for 12 months from the time of the cancelled event.
• Teams that pull out after an event is sold out will not receive any refund or credit.
• Teams that pull out within 90 of the an event will not receive any refund or credit.
• There are no refunds on gate fees.
