Event Description

SUNDAY 6:22 AM - All of the Natural Surface fields have been evaluated and deemed UNPLAYABLE for the today's games. Games at the turf fields (Ironbridge & Ark) will still be played as scheduled. We will be in touch with teams directly over the coming week regarding their options due to the cancellations.

Saturday 7:00 PM - James River High School and Benedictine are both underwater and will not be playable for the remainder of the weekend. Those games have been moved or cancelled. All teams schedules online are up to date and accurate. 

Saturday 11:55 AM EVENT UPDATE: Tucker HS, JRHS, and Hermitage HS are all done for the day. Scheduled games at Ironbridge and The Ark will remain as scheduled for today. Teams will receive two games now. 

Saturday 8:45 am EVENT UPDATE: Varina, RFP, and Benedictine are done for today. We are still assessing the remaining fields. The event format has been updated. There will be no bracket play each team will get 3 games between today and tomorrow and champions will be crowned based on record, least runs allowed, most runs scored in that order. ALL GAMES FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEKEND WILL RUN ON 1:45 NO NEW INNING TIME LIMITS

Divisions: Upper (2026 and 2027 Graduates) and Under (2028 and 2029 Graduates) Divisions

Start Date: Sept. 26th

End Date: Sept. 28th

Expected Arrival/Departure: All teams are expected to be prepared to play as early as 5:00PM on Friday, Sept. 26th. Games will conclude on Sunday night. 

SCHEDULE REQUESTS: Schedule requests must be submitted NO LESS than 14 days prior to the start of the event. We will try to accommodate requests but there is NO guarantee. ALL TEAMS MUST BE ABLE TO PLAY ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE EVENT

Age Eligibility: Graduation Year 

• Or age, your age is determined by the May 1st date of that year

Event Fee: $1295

EVENT FORMAT: 3 game guarantee. Pool Games Friday/Saturday. Bracket/Consolation Games Sunday. This is a METAL BAT event. 

Ironbridge Academy - NO METAL SPIKES - NO SEEDS - NO GUM  - NO THROWING WEIGHTED/PLYO BALLS INTO FENCE - FOOD/BEVERAGE ON SITE.

The Ark Complex - NO METAL SPIKES - NO SEEDS - NO GUM

GATE FEES: Daily Pass $15 - Weekend Pass $20 - Discounted Military & First Responder - 65+ & Under 12 FREE 

In PBR fashion, the event will be highly scouted by the college and professional community.  The event will feature top programs and athletes from around the Midwest. Through various media and social media outlets, Prep Baseball Report will continue to shine the spotlight on the future of the game of baseball and create an atmosphere and platform for the athlete looking to gain national exposure.
